Job Description:

Intellectual property/technology transactions attorney  who will:

1)  coordinate with company engineers and outside patent counsel to ensure that patents capture key technical and business content

2)  manage the company’s patent and trademark portfolios (US and international)

Requirements:

1)  At least 4 years of patent prosecution experience at a nationally recognized law firm

2)  Substantial experience supporting semiconductor/electronics/hardware clients

3)  Member of California bar; licensed to practice before the USPTO

4)  EE or physical sciences undergraduate degree

5)  Experience in IP-driven transactions is a plus

6)  Patent litigation experience is a plus

Compensation:

$165K + stock option package
